Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PESPRO's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

PESPRO provides professional pest control services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Pest inspection and assessment
• Pest treatment and control
• Preventive pest management programs
• Follow-up and monitoring services

Service Agreements

Specific terms for pest control services will be outlined in a separate service agreement provided at the time of service. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any service agreement.

Scheduling and Cancellation

• Service appointments are scheduled based on availability
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours notice): 100% service charge
• No-shows (customer not available at scheduled time): 100% service charge
• Repeated no-shows may result in service restrictions
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or emergencies

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full after completion of the first appointment
• For subscription services, payment is due upon completion of each scheduled service
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Prices are subject to change with notice

SMS / Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

PESPRO offers an SMS/text messaging program to keep customers informed about their pest control services. By providing your mobile phone number to PESPRO — through our website forms, over the phone, in person, or by sending us a text message — you consent to receive text messages from PESPRO at the number provided.

Program Description

Messages you may receive include: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, technician arrival notifications, service follow-ups, billing and payment notifications, customer care messages, and — only where you have expressly opted in — occasional promotional offers.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out (Cancel)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent Not Required for Purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from PESPRO.

Privacy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No Warranty

PESPRO does not provide warranties or guarantees for complete pest elimination. Our services focus on pest control and management programs. While we strive for effective results, we cannot guarantee 100% elimination of all pests. Our subscription programs provide ongoing control to maintain your property. All services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about pest problems
• Allow access to all affected areas
• Follow preparation instructions before treatment
• Comply with post-treatment guidelines
• Report any concerns or issues promptly

Limitation of Liability

PESPRO's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PESPRO and protected by copyright laws.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
